What is Relationship & Sex Therapy?

Relationship and sex therapy are specialist and integrative forms of counselling that focus on sexuality, sexual function and relationships. It aims to provide clients with the knowledge, tools and confidence to improve their relationships and sexual experiences.

Common topics explored in relationship therapy include:

What's your hourly rate or cost per session?

Session cost is $154 for individual sessions and $198 for partnered sessions. Prices include GST.

All sessions are 50-60 minutes.

75-mins sessions are available upon request and prices vary.

What can I expect from

a first session?

We always go at your pace and what feels comfortable to you. First sessions generally include a broad discussion of what's brought you in and a history taking of relevant information for example medical, relational, and sexual.

Do you accept Medicare or Private Health Insurance?

Unfortunately not. Relationship and sex counselling are not recognised by Medicare or covered by mental health treatment plans. At this point in time, I do not offer private health insurance rebates.

Do you have any weekend availabilities?


Not at the moment. However I offer a range of times throughout the work week. Feel free to contact me if you have non-negotiable requirements and let's see what we can do.
